Planning Chart Planning Table - word document |
This is the chart that our scouts use in their patrols to help organize their meeting plans. |
| Badge Work I've Completed | We use this form to keep scouts accountable for the badges they earn and receive. Our leaders feel that this helps ensure that scouts don't skip the "reflection" or evaluation step |
| Badge Work on My Own | We use this form to track individual badges completed outside of troop time |
| Badge Work on My Own TEMPLATE | This is the same as the Badge Work on My Own document, but has all of the spaces removed. Save it to your computer as a .dot (template) file and you can put the cursor in place and type to fill it in and print. |

| Permission Slip | This is the standard Permission Slip used by the Northwest Georgia council |
Forms for Leaders
| Health History | This is the standard Health History form used by the Northwest Georgia council |
| Photo Release | This is the standard Photo Release form used by the Northwest Georgia council |
| Behavior Agreement | A Behavior Agreement is part of our beginning-of-year paperwork - it helps to have clear expectations and consequences spelled out in advance |
| Payment Coupon | We have found that Payment Coupons help our Treasurer keep the books balanced |
| MASTER Badge Tracker | This is an excel spreadsheet with spaces for 12 brownies and 12 juniors - you can copy and add pages as needed, and this can be customized for you troop |
| Financial Spreadsheet | This can be used to help track you troop expenses and helps with compiling your end of year report |
