SB1 Plan and implement a two-week family menu based on the new food pyramid.

SB2 DRINK you recommended daily allowance of water for two weeks - see do you feel different.    
o SB4 Collect recipes based on a theme of interest.  Organize into a cookbook.  Share copies with interested people.    
þ T2 Find at least five resources online to help maintain a healthy lifestyle.    
o T4 Learn about insulin and diabetes  - warning signs, etc.    
o CE1 Make a list of four to six careers related to food - explore skills, responsibilities, working conditions, training and education needed and earnings.    
o SP3 Participate in a food drive or work at a local food bank.
