We did FABULOUSLY in our cookie sale this year!
Our troop goal for the 2004 Cookie Sale was 300 cases - 3600 boxes of cookies.
Our pre-order totaled 221 cases - almost 30 cases more than last year's pre-orders.
This year, every girl attended at least one booth sale - in fact, four booth sales was our troop average!!  EVERY girl saw an increase of one or more prize levels as a result of participating in booth sales - 
And one of our scouts earned a three day camperships,
while another five of our scouts earned camperships this year!

In the end - our troop sold
380 CASES of cookies - 4,560 boxes!
Boy did we blow our goal away!!

Scouts voted to donate a portion of the troop proceeds to local charities.
It was also decided that a portion of the proceeds will be held in reserve for operating expenses in the coming scout year.  And, of course, we had to save several boxes as thank you's.  As for how we will spend the "play" portion of our money, post your suggestion on the Scouts' Message Board!

Calendar Sale
We will begin selling calendars once again in the fall.  Remember that troop earnings on calendar sales are more than double those earned on cookie sales.  Consider these great calendars as gifts for family, friends and teachers!
And don't forget one for the fridge!
