Service Projects

On January 30, 2002 President Bush called for every American to commit 4,000 hours to community service and volunteer work in their lifetime. Take a moment to create your own personal "Record of Service" with the USA Freedom Corps.


In 2001 - 2002, our troop participated in four service projects (see the 2001 - 2002 pages). This year, we are setting our sights a little higher - with a Service Project a month as our goal!

February	Operation Cookie Drop to benefit Servicemen Overseas
March	Easter Basket to benefit Galalean Baptist Church
April	Campus Clean-Up at Berkmar in Celebration of Earth Day
May	Cash donation of portion of cookie sales to Charity
June	Painting Crosses at Historic Cemetery
